I have noticed since being sleeved that my skin is super dry all the time. I use lotion a lot of ut it does not seem to do as much good it use to. What do y'all do for dry skin?

I know it's winter, but shower in water as cool as possible and only use soap in important places! Our diet is so low in fat that our skin doesn't get what it needs but I've found olive oil on the outside works well too! Also coconut oil.

Coconut oil! I slather that stuff all over my body, face & hair. It goes on a bit greasy at first my skin absorbs the oil pretty quickly. I was really suffering: dry flakey skin on my face and dandruff on my scalp. The coco oil has really helped. I also started taking fish oil & flax oil everyday.

I heard olive oil does wonders

I attack dry skin in three ways - as much Fluid as I can get it - use a humidifier - body oil
