Good morning to all.....@ RDOACTV......that was my exact weight when I went into surgery..(223 at my highest)..I'm only 5'3".....you will fabulous soon!!!!! The funny thing was, when I went into the hospital and saw so many people much heavier than me, I felt so little. But I was still in denial about how much I had let myself go up until the anesthesiologist said "bye bye!"

Thanks to everyone for the nice compliments.....

@ Laserskingirl My blog is at www.queenofcrop.com you might want to start with www.queenofcrop.com/about The reason I am replying to all is because if you are new to this forum you need to be sure you have your settings set to see the signatures of everyone. This is where you have links to blogs and you can see the ticker tapes of people and their overall signature lines. It was months before I had mine set and it makes a difference. The forum doesn't really want you to put links in to your blogs in the comment section (which I completely disagree with BTW). For some reason I think they don't like the self-promotion. But I have only written my blog because other people's blogs are what inspired me to do this (along with the forum). I'm not selling anything so I just don't see what the big deal is. But I get my hands slapped once in a while when I do. But I often get asked this question because newer people haven't learned to turn the Signatures on.

Thanks again everyone. Have a great week!

Would love to know what you are having done.....can you email me? Shall we talk about it on my blog? I'm getting very excited but right now just looking at having the breast lift/implants done.

You look great! I have started my plastics journey as well and will get a lift/aug the same month as you. We will have to correspond about how it goes!

Queen, I feel the same way. I carry my weight very evenly, so most scoff and say I don't need it. But I have health and joint issues too. HBP (38 and suffered a ministroke), sleep apnea..ect. And ar 5'0..Im NOT a small girl. I can't wait. Keep up the great work you've done and I look forward to reading your maintenance adventures in Amsterdam!

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
