No more "going off my diet"

It has dawned on me that another advantage to my lap band is I won't

reach my goal and go off my diet. Before I would start gaining back because I would begin eating too much again. With my band I am learning what I really like and what is healthy for me to eat. I feel secure about not overeating with the band.

Just a thought

So true! I have to still really be vigilant with eating because sometimes if I have a hard day eating "real food" I find myself eating crap with too much sugar in it. Seems a cookie NEVER gets stuck! ARRGH.
