What Is Everyone Eating?

Recommended Posts

I was sleeved on Nov 7th. I was wondering if everyone can post a day of what they are eating. I'm looking for some ideas to change it up. Thanks!!

I was sleeved on 11/5: for Breakfast I might have a boiled egg & some tuna, salmon or sardines sometimes I might add some tomatoes. (I know kinda weird..LOL) lunch or dinner a piece of baked salmon, tilapia or chicken I even had a small piece of veal with sauteed spinach... my basic meals

I was sleeved on Nov 7, today is my first day on soft foods, I've never been more excited to eat a scrambled egg.

I was sleeved on 10/30 and this week for Breakfast I have a nectar Protein Drink followed by a Laughing Cow cheese. Then for lunch I just started recently rolling up turkey breast lunchmeat with RF cheese. Then for dinner it's some kind of high Protein meal.

I was sleeved 10/16... I eat pretty randomly so bare with me :) .

Today I had a half of a double tall skinny peppermint mocha from Starbucks on my way to work. Mid-morning snack I'm currently having peppered turkey breast from the deli. For lunch I'm having 1-2 oz of deli chicken, a mini babybel light, and a triscuit (yes one). I will get home late tonight because I have an appointment after work so before I leave work at around 3:30/4 I'm going to have a sugarfree tapioca pudding mixed with unflavored Protein powder. I probably won't eat dinner tonight because of my late night - I'll most likely go home and drink a Protein shake.

As for ideas... my usual go to lunch is deli meat and cheese on a triscuit (I call it the bariatric sandwich  ) or deli meat smeared with laughing cow light and no triscuit - sometimes I microwave it for a change. dinner, I eat whatever I serve my family - I just get only a taste of the sides and fill up on meat first.

I was sleeved on the 7th also. My NUT seems different here I am from New Zealand although focus is on Protein they are not worried about counting carbs.

B- 1/2 weetbix, milk with 1 tbl spoon canned fruit or scrambled egg

L - some kind of meat chicken, salmon, pork, mince or poached egg

D - meat again last night I made a fish pie.

For Snacks I have rice crackers, Greek yoghurt & fruit or smoothies with 1/2 banana, yoghurt, milk and ice.

Hey October Surgery friends...how are you doing? I've lost 15 lbs since surgery on 18th.42 lbs overall. Wearing clothes that feel great. Had a bout of cold and stomach flu and still having some nausea off and on after that but getting better, I think.
Seems like I fill up and have minor pain quicker when I eat hot foods rather than cold. Anyone else notice this?
Still sooo glad I did this.

I had surgery Oct 29. Lost 35#. Plateau now. But seeing what clothes fit now is encouraging.
