2 Months Post Op

Sup people. I'm 2 months post op and I feel amazing. Starting weight was 288. 278 on day of surgery 10/1. 227 on 12/1. Just wanted to share my progress. Thanks for reading.

Wow that is awesome I can't wait to start working out to and do Zumba how long was it after your surgery that you were able to hit the gym?
