Baked Ricotta

Just tried the baked ricotta wow was fantastic. Instead of the marinara sauce I used sun dried tomato alfrado sauce less calories and good. Was afraid to use marinara sauce cause I get heartburn so easy. Would definitely make again.

I just made a dish tonight. Lasts me all week :) Love that stuff!

Thank you! I can't wait to try it pre- and post- sleeve.

I just made this tonight, it was amazing tastes like lasanga. Very good and if you type sandys ricotta bake into myfitnesspal, it pulls it up. Very Very good.

I have to try this!

This sounds so good. Lasagna without the meat and noodles.. What stage did u eat this? I'm one week out

I just made it this weekend. I portioned it out in 4 oz ramken (sp) dishes and it was DELICIOUS! Best thing I have ever tasted since being sleeved. I'm 3 weeks out and I needed some variety during my 2 week pureed/mushy stage. I will definitely be making this again.
