Constipation?

Is anyone else experiencing bad Constipation? Also, sometimes my stools are very light in color almost white. I am on vacation in the caribbean right now, can not wait to get back to the states so I can call my DR. I'm concerned.....

How far out are you? Constipation is really normal for the process though. I've not seen stools almost white though, it all depends on what you're eating.

I suffer Constipation really bad. I use colace and Miralax

I have to take Exlax multiple days in a row to get any response at all. To some degree, most of us have a problem with this, though how we intervene is different.

I just read on another post on here that someone said that adding 500-800mg of Magnesium plus 2 Fiber gummies really helps with that. They said that they were finally regular and able to stop the Miralax.

Ask doc to check for blocked bike duct. Dr oz had special on poop coloring problems.
