Re-fried Beans are a Mexican staple eaten instead of say potatoes or rice and are a favorite here in the states eaten mostly with Mexican food. They are made using pinto beans, onion , garlic, cumin and salt and pepper. ( mostly we just buy a can of them here and add cheese on top and micowave) They are very tasty and its a all around American favorite! :D

Thanks! Ill have to look around. I'm sure we something like that. I suppose it's like our touques (warm hats) and poutine lol (fries cheese and gravy), two things you can't live without here lol

I wanna try retried beans !! Will have too look for an Aussie equivalent . I must say since my sleeve I think a lot more about food/ healthy etc I'm on a mission to be healthy and tasty food queen for the entire family . That's why I'm up at 12 midnight looking at recipes .

I'm on wk 3...are Beans ok?? My list is short it's ridiculous! The only meats I can have are baby food meats...gross! So I tried grilled chicken and did ok. Also I tried avocados...I just don't like fish too much lol.
