I like both.

Isopure can be purchased at GNC

unjury can only be purchased online, but they are quick shipping.

Mybariatricpantry.com also has a lot of different Protein choices. I really like the Syntrax nectar, comes in a lot of flavors and you can order sample packs of it on the site. They have quick shipping as well.

I drink Beverly International. I buy the Cookies and cream and the chocolate. I put Peanut Butter in the chocolate. I mix the powder with super skim milk. I love them!

Call Unjury they have a few places that sale their stuff in their store. I called and found out there was a place that I can pick it up from less than an hour from my house!

But you can also sign up for their automatic shipping and save 15% on all orders and get free shipping!!!

I also like Bariatric Choice. They have yummy pudding!

I cannot stand the taste nor texture of Unjury, with the exception of the unflavored, which can be added to other things and has no identifying taste itself when combined with another food or drink.

Advocare vanilla. You can add flavor! I add sugar free Jello. Just a lil bit. Or MIO. SAMs wholesales premier brand whey Protein is good also.

Three months and four days ago... I was in Costa Rica having a life changing surgery! Yesterday we had a followup visit with Dr. Esmeral via video chat and this morning my middle number changed.  I'm down 47lbs and two pants sizes. I can wear a Large tshirt for the first time in like... 14 years! Woot!! Everything is going great. I have zero regrets. I went down to the riverwalk with a friend and walked 2 miles on Monday without even getting fatigued. And no more snoring or chugging pickle juice for crazy leg cramps! I need to go to the gym more... I'm making new shirts next week so that will motivate me. LOL But I'm also just not as TIRED all the time! I have a LONG way to go...but seeing the progress on the scales and in the mirror is a huge motivator!! Thank you all for cheering me on and supporting me!!

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.
