November 5Th Sleevers?

Recommended Posts

You can eat pizza!!!!! I am really aching for a slice but I'm to scared lol! I too feel like I have a sleeve of steel! I haven't found anything I can't really eat!

I ate it at 4 weeks .. Lol

I have a Iron stomach !! But I only do like two bites ...

I wanted a Big Mac so badly one day ... I went to mcds for my kids and couldn't resist ... The head hunger should have been operated on as well !!

I got a cheeseburger .. Told them to dress it like a Big Mac ... And had like 2 bites. So full it felt like Christmas dinner. But it took the head craving away ...

I don't so this everyday incase anyone is ready to tell me I'm nuts. Lol

I follow the guidelines most of the time !!

Great work, everyone!!! I'm about 50lbs down now, I haven't weighed in over a week (I was 40 then), and I know I've lost more since. It's so crazy!! I'm loving life, and my little stomach.

I've been blogging and just began posting youtube videos detailing some of my progress and sharing what I've been eating (mostly shrimp).

Hope everyone is doing great! If you want to check out my vids or blog, the links are in my signature.

Down 41 lbs. since surgery....feeling ok, but having trouble making myself eat. The thought of food makes me feel nauseous. Anyone else feeling that way?

Only when I'm sick. Like now. Then after a couple days of only drinking tea and Water, it feels like there is super restriction again.

Yes I feel like that too!

It's like morning sickness all day long...but I'm not pregnant. It makes me feel relieved I'm not the only one. But, I'm sorry you also feel pukey! Hopefully this is just a phase.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
