Help! Snack Options

Normally I have no issues bc there is a fridge, ice, etc at work. Tomorrow my mom is having surgery. I will be taking her & not leaving until she can leave. What can I take that doesn't need to be refrigerated? Normally I am at work at 8, have a yogurt at 9, snack at 11, and so on. I'll be leaving the house at 4 am, so I can take my yogurt with me. The surgery is at 7, and I'm sure I will be hungry before. Ideas? Thanks!

I'd take a small cooler and put some protein shakes (RTD), yogurt, sf pudding, sf jello. Hope things go good tomorrow. ;)

i would bring a Protein bar. you'll get about 20 g of protein, and munch, munch

good luck

A cheese stick!

Beef or chicken jerky!!

Not sure if you can have fruit yet but it is pretty portable.

Perky jerky has no nitrates and no added msg... It's a great choice for when you eat jerky. It's moist too :)

Almonds are great as well
