:( well there is bariatricpantry.com as well. Si03 was just the cheapest. I found it by googling Syntrax nectar sample packs.

I got my Nectar sample pack at

www.bjsbariatrics.com

I liked it because I got to pick which ones I wanted since I don't like some flavors. I have tried only the roadside lemonade so far (GROSS) and chocolate truffle, which is sooooo good! I like the brands from walmart except the chocolate peanut butter cup. I have a tub of Nectar Fuzzy Navel but im kinda iffy on it. If you buy mix from vitamin shoppe and get home and you cant stand it or dont like it, they let you return it towards something else, as long as you keep the receipt and you don't do it every time. Its handy to know though, cus I bought a brand i never heard of and hated it, and returned it to get the fuzzy navel.

I like creamy ones like chocolate and vanilla and stuff with low fat milk, but the "juice" like ones, like lemonade, and the fruit ones like fuzzy navel with water.

I am pre-op and have been Told to stay away from milk... I guess bec of the sugar, even in skim . I changed to unsweetened almond milk. Not bad at all. I was also told it is pointless to have more than 25g I protein per sitting bec your body can't absorb any more. I drink choc and chicken soup unjury and both are good. I am getting tired of the sweet flavor so would like to try syntrax. Do they have it for sale other than on-line?

I have only found it at The Vitamin Shoppe. They do not carry it around where I live like in GNC etc.

Found something I can stand chicken broth and hot sauce. Second day liquid diet. Muscle milk RTD strawberry.... Yuk! Horrible after taste

Yes. . Its 50 if you use 2 scoops. 16 oz of liquid and 2 scoops. The sample packs are 1 scoop for trial

I bought another tub and I looked and it is 1/4 of a scoop per serving. Sorry about that...it is still good stuff.

Has anyone tried Kellogg's Protein drinks??
