I have been using Body Fortress, Whey Protein drinks. But making a trip to Walmart today, and wax wondering is there any better protein drink for pre-op weight loss

yeah I had bought a tub of the carribean cooler. I do like that one. (:

Personally I like the "Pure Protein" its available at Walmart

I am amazed at how good the pure Protein is. I'm on the pre-op diet and put some banana in it for a Choc-banana shake for Breakfast. Yum :-)

It just says its 100% whey protein...it is 140 calories, 0g fat, 2g carbs and 25g protein per serving for the powder.

I am working through my Syntrax nectar sample pack. Boy am I glad I got the sampler. Some I thought I would like I have not and vice versa. I have like 8 more to go through. I am hoping to get a few more I like (:

I mix mine with skim. I did buy chocolate soy to try. . We will see

I'm preparing for surgery, picked up most of my items from Walmart. OMG so many Protein shakes to choose from. Reading doctors notes and comparing prices. I settled with whey Protein for $19.87. Did you guys see this anywhere cheaper?

I personally like Syntrax nectar. You can find them at The Vitamin Shop. They are pricey but the mix very well and are pretty good for Protein. They have 50 grams of protein per serving.

I drink at least one per day. I have never been a Breakfast eater so a Protein drink works well for that. I love them. I have all my favorite recipes. sometimes I will have another one for lunch. It just depends on my mood and what's going on that day.
