I have been using Body Fortress, Whey Protein drinks. But making a trip to Walmart today, and wax wondering is there any better protein drink for pre-op weight loss

I personally like Syntrax Nectar. You can find them at The Vitamin Shop. They are pricey but the mix very well and are pretty good for protein. They have 50 grams of protein per serving.

They have no sugar and very low on calories. Also Isopure RTD are good too. They are VERY pricey and sold at GNC

Your welcome (: ... Of course everyones tastes are different but if you go to si03.com they have a Syntrax Nectar sampler you can buy. 14 individual packets of different flavors for 14.00 and 1.99 shipping. That is the cheapest I have seen for those, maybe give that a try?

Personally I like the "Pure Protein" its available at Walmart

I am working through my Syntrax Nectar sample pack. Boy am I glad I got the sampler. Some I thought I would like I have not and vice versa. I have like 8 more to go through. I am hoping to get a few more I like (:

I use Pure Protein Vanilla Creme & mix it with s/f jello, puddings and/or flavorings...25 g of protein per scoop..sometimes add a Greek Yogurt 14 g & 1/3 cup of dry milk 8 g...A good start in your daily protein.

Sytrax also makes another protein powder called Matrix. I really like the Orange Cream. I use almond milk to mix it with, and I add more Torani sf orange flavoring.

It tastes like a creamsicle.

I am drinking it right now. It is pretty good I think. It tastes like pink grapefruit. I think it hides the protein taste pretty good!(I use 20 oz of water) and its slushing. I would buy it.

Awesome, i cant wait to try the lemon tea and pink grapefruit! Glad u liked some of the flavors i was scared after yesterday lol ah I work 10p-6am most night!
