...... Ladies we set our goals a bit aggressive, so we would have that extra push. We did GREAT!! A 2-3 lbs difference should not be considered a failure!!! Congratulations on weight loss!!!

Still haven't weighed yet guys. I'll be weighing either later tonight or tomorrow at my gym. I am very excited to announce that since surgery on the 12th, I've dropped between 2-3 dress sizes. I'm so excited to hear how the rest of you guys are doing stalls and all. Keep up the good work!!!! :D

Am not going to make my revised goal of 250 :-( But I am down to 255, which I haven't been in 8 years! Am feeling good and full of energy! Have been fighting a stall since the beginning of December but its starting to go down again.

Happy New Years!

I'm late joining the challenge but I've had a goal of 199 by 1/1/13 so....

Heavy/Start Weight - 244

Surgery Weight - 232

Weight today - 208

New Year's Goal - 199

I'm not making goal tday;s weight was 206 so unless I magically drop 7 seven pounds in my sleep; I'm going to have to extend my goal out a week or so but hey; I'm much closer to Onederland than I was 3 weeks ago. Push on!!!

Happy new year;s everyone :D :D :D :D :D

I didn't make my goal of 220 but I did lose 12 pounds this past month! I had majorly stalled so I'm very happy with this.

Now, I have a new workout plan and praying my knees like it better than the old one.

Goal for 4/1/13... to be under 200 (that's 10 pounds a month).

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
