Food Diary/log

Hi everyone. I'm looking for a good online food diary program or app. Please share your experience with the app/program you use. If you could elaborate on the pros and cons would be very helpful. Also, if the program is free. I'm very mobile so my iPhones/iPad travel with me.

Thanks much!

I started using My Fitness Pal. It really holds me accountable. It a little time consuming at first, but only until you get your foods loaded into the diary. There is a large online database for any food/restaurant imaginable. If you eat a lot of the same stuff over and over again, it'll be saved, so you won't spend a lot of time on it the next time you eat that same food. You can add friends, and what they're eating and how much they're exercising too. It also logs weightloss. I really like it.

myfitnesspal is the way to go! Many of us here use it and hold each other accountable via the app!

I agree with Mensch! Come join us on MFP! It's a free app for your iphone.
