Hi people!

My surgery was 9/7. I lost 20 lbs pre op and 43 lbs since surgery! Down 63lbs! Started at 299, now I'm 236! Yayyyy!

When I talked to my Dr about my stalls they told me that just bumping up fluid intake to 100oz helps most people come out of stalls. Has worked for me twice. :)

Hard as it is to get the fluids in, I'm going try for the 100oz. It's definitely worth a shot.

Seems I may have hit my first stall ;( I know that my problem is probably that I am still struggling with getting all my fluid in. I am going to drown myself with fluids and commit to getting A minimum 64 oz in !!!

Nothing has caused me problems if I ate it slowly and not too much. One of my pre-diet meals is actually pretty good. Scrambled egg and fat free refried beans. My boyfriends favorite meal anyway.
