Wow we were close in weight, how tall are you?? When you are less overweight the weight comes off slower, keep that in mind and be patient it will come off....I promise. There were so many times I got down and out with this surgery. When all else failed I went back to my protein shakes and drinking lots of water and that got me out of my plateaus.

You will, be patient and listen to your new stomach when it says your full. What was your preop weight if you don't mind me asking?

I was sleeved Sept 17 and daily calorie intake is 700-1000 a day. Just wondering if I'm where everyone else is. I'm losing about 5lbs a month.

Cheri You have been so informative to this thread. Thank you! I also just broke my stall I'm so happy ! I'm now down 2 lbs. I was just reAlly scared when I started this thread because it had been 3-4 weeks and I have never stalled that long but you really Enlightened me when u said a real stall is 3 weeks or longer. Thanks for your wisdom :-)

Wow that is cool!! I will definitely try that and I know I HAVE to cut back on carbs! I guess carbs are just easier when I can't cook like when I'm at work.
