Sleeved 9/11 starting weight 272.8. Current weight 249.2. I've been fluctuating between 23lbs and 24lbs lost for the past two weeks. I've been struggling to stay positive until I came across this forum. What I've noticed is that we're all different and will lose at different paces. I'm coping much better.

Sleeved 9/24 - starting wt 286, current 255 - gained & lost the same 2 lbs for almost 2 weeks

After a 2 week stall I lost 1.5 lbs and now three days later I've gained 3. No reason for that to have happened. Go figure. That's an example of why you shouldn't weigh every day or obsess over numbers.

Lol I do it every morning I don't get to upset. I'm trying to see if there's a pattern to my weight loss :)

Mine is just nuts. I have been recording but lately there seems to be an anti-pattern. I weighed this morning and those same 3 lbs gained are sticking. I did try to throw things off yesterday by upping my calories from 500 to 800 but that wasn't the magic trick. I'm not crying or throwing things, but I wonder what's up. Could be that I haven't had but two poos in 6 weeks.

Surgery 9/13 204 lbs today 11/6. 173

31lbs not to shabby!

I'm in the middle of the 5 week stall I guess still 225. I had a 3 week stalk as well so sucks. I tryed Uping calories lowering changing my exercising not exercising for a day or two. I'm just stuck o.0. And there's no pattern it's just crazy.

LOL. I do it every morning too. I say I won't do it anymore, especially when the results are depressing, but I get up the next morning and get right back on it.

I'm just starting my 7th week, so maybe there are somewhat predictable stalls like the 2 week stall, we just haven't all tracked the dates. Someone should work up a spreadsheet!
