Allergic To Vit A

I'm in a pickle. :-).

I am allergic to large amounts of Vitamin A. Even as a kid if I ate too many carrots I'd break out in a rash. It's a bit better now that I'm in my 50's, but I still can't take large amounts of A.

So....does anyone have any suggestions for a multi-vit that isn't crazy high in A?
