My Strategy

Recommended Posts

Most definitely. You have to ask? lol

I was doing a cleanse. I had a book. I was so totally sold.

But... I let it be about WEIGHT and not HEALTH, so was relying on the scale to judge my success. Hence the mind games, and then the early demise of my cleanse. A two week basic fast, plus a day for each year of life to repair all the damage done to my cells with preservative and free radicals, etc.

Another pitfall to avoid that I forgot to put on my list.

21. I will not give the scale power over my journey.

Did you do the master cleanse diet? I'm starting it next week hopefully.

I don't remember if it was called a master cleanse or not, I'm sorry to say. My juicing book has been long buried under who knows how many other books on the topic of weightloss, increasing your memory, visualizing your future, tapping into your psychic abilities, etc., etc.... lol

I haven't juice fasted in a while now, but have toyed with the idea of juicing one day a week.

I toy with lots of ideas. Implementation, however, is something I SUCK at... lol

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
