I was told I will take it forever, I just had my 6 month appt and they doubled my dose and added extra vitamin d since I was low.

Just keep trying different ones. You are at risk for decreased bone density with rapid weight loss, not to mention the obesity before hand. And our focus is protein not dairy. So it is really important to get it in somehow.

Just keep experimenting. There are lots of options.

The ones from Unjury are not too bad and orange flavor

I found a liquid form at the health food store. I am able to take a tablespoon twice a day. It is a bit chalky, but I feel its easier than grinding up any more pills. They had 6 different flavors. I was able to get liquid biotin and vitamin d. A real health food granola store not a vitamin shop.

When did you stop taking the Calcium Citrate ...this stuff is nasty.

This is a LIFETIME THING!!

I like the gummies. Taste like candy - enough so to prove it, my son asks me if he can have a candy here and there!

I take Bariatric Advantage Calcium Chews in lemon and raspberry. They taste like Starburst fruit chews. I look forward to them every day. They are my candy. I am planning on taking them forever.
