@Sue I dunno where there is a $9 a month charge I didnt see it maybe there is an advanced feature I didnt see its just a website you can wake up in the morning and say I want to eat 1200 calories today what should I do and it spits it out in as many meals as you want. Now my fitness pal tracks what you put in it. .... dunno I found it really cool

Garden of Life Perfect food, all whole foods and garden of life is a very reputable company. It tastes like crap but I suck it down and rinse with a Protein drink lol. I am going with the old motto if it tastes bad it must be good for you

Terrific Job my question is how far are you post op? I am having stalling issues at 5 months out not trying to hijack thread your just close to what I was when I started the sleeve process. (on my tickers I use the highest weight I was in May of this year I started dieting before seeing sleeve doc in June lost around 15 before seeing him the first time)

I wanted to be able to go on rides at the amusement park again I wanted to be able to walk my daughter down the isle and not have ppl say "wheres the bride" "I think that guy ate her" lol

Stalled for a month so far but im losing inches.... cant hit the 250's closest I came was 260.0 on the scale I screamed haha good news is didnt gain anything over Christmas still at 260.* surgery 8/31/12 lost total of 89 lbs since starting my journey. 50lbs since surgery

I notice now I can tell when I have "bad cheap" meat, I go to a restaurant and can tell the meat is bad cheap or even freezer burnt now. Had a sirloin that was supposed to be a prime cut and it tasted like bad liver. I was sleeved Aug 31st lost 89 lbs (total preop diet too). I only like certain meat cuts now everything else tastes bad lol. Fish I have not had any issues with other then noticing freezer burnt taste.

Biotin is for hair loss and seeing that I have had fine hair all my life I wish I would have used it for years. Only about a month of using it 5,000 mg a day from Walmart for $5 a 90 day supply my hair has never been so thick and my fingernails look good too says my wife lol

ya I think the label says not to go over 140 degrees or the consistency will clump I did that too the first time, used the Keurig coffee machine for plain hot water and got the same effect.

Was reading it helps with more weight loss post surgery cuts down on acid and helps digestion of course. Just wondering if anyone uses it
