@Sue I dunno where there is a $9 a month charge I didnt see it maybe there is an advanced feature I didnt see its just a website you can wake up in the morning and say I want to eat 1200 calories today what should I do and it spits it out in as many meals as you want. Now my fitness pal tracks what you put in it. .... dunno I found it really cool

Protein powder before or after a ride lol just punch in your desired calorie intake and it spits out your food HIGHLY customizable for our needs too.

Garden of Life Perfect food, all whole foods and garden of life is a very reputable company. It tastes like crap but I suck it down and rinse with a Protein drink lol. I am going with the old motto if it tastes bad it must be good for you
