I think I stall more than I loose. I started with a low bmi, but weight loss was fast in the beginning. I wonder if I am not eating correctly. Will somebody please give me a list of the average food they eat daily. Also my hair is falling out. Am I failing at this? If you have can help with suggestions it would be much appreciated. Thanks

It looks like from your stats that you have been losing well. I do not think you have been failing at all. You are over halfway to your listed goal on your ticker! Our bodies take time to adjust to losing, and sometimes they take a break and stall, but have you been measuring? It's possible that you are losing inches during these stalls and may not even be noticing it! =) I have read that the closer you get to goal, it can really slow down weight loss wise. Don't give up! It will still happen!

I am still during the first week so my list would probably not be helpful at this point. I would suggest though that you look into how much Protein you're getting in. Getting in too little Protein can sometimes cause losses to decrease. It seems counter intuitive, but if you're eating too little it can make you lose slower too. Did you get a number from the NUT about how much protein you should be aiming for per day? That will help guide you. I was told that the best practice to make sure you get the protein in is to make sure you're always eating it first.

hair loss is common when you lose a lot of weight quickly. Are you getting your Vitamins daily? Biotin can be a good supplement to help this. I have come across a number of great Hair loss threads. If you go to the first forum and look to the top right of the page there is a search bar. If you type in hair loss it will bring up a bunch of helpful threads on how to stop hair loss as much as possible.

Hang in there! You are doing great =) I know it seems frustrating sometimes, but this is a long journey. I hope you feel better! Make a list of all the differences in your health so you can look at them when you're feeling low and remember how far you've come.

I started at a lower BMI as well and I hope to keep going on the weight loss. I know it seems like you will never get to goal but keep going...you have come so far so now is not the time to throw in the towel...LOL! I will have to listen to my own advice soon... :P

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
