Blueberry Yogurt. Finally Found One.

I love blueberry yogurt but even the Greek ones are high in carbs which is not good. But after searching the Carbmaster series of yogurts, they fit the bill. With only 4g of carbs and low cal at 60 to boot. Yes, I can have my blueberry yogurt again. Protein is about between a regular yogurt and Greek one so a scoop of protein would not hurt.

Where do you find them?

There are others but down here in the South it is a store brand by "Kroger". I do like the Greek brands but a little creamy for me. So was happy to find the low carb and low cal blueberry ones in regular yogurt.

Carbmasters has a few tasty flavors other than the blueberry. I like the raspberry yum berry and the tropical fruit flavors too.

I saw this post on here the other day and figured I would try them. We made a trip to Kroger yesterday and I picked up a few. They are much cheaper, like 5 for $2.00. I thought they were OK but not as good as the Chobani or Dannon Oikos. It seemed like I could taste the artificial sweetener a lot more in this one. I am gonna try to throw in a little scoop of vanilla Protein powder and see if that helps some as well as adding some extra protein.

Not bad and definitely cheaper...
