Help! Can I Do Smoothie King With Pb

Recommended Posts

Smoothie King has an awesome gladiator Protein shake. I can add Peanut Butter which is 6 grams of carbs per serving.

IS THIS OK???? I MEAN IS IT OK TO ADD THE PB??? I'M ON THE FULL liquid PHASE.

I was told I could add Protein Bars to the blender, so I would imagine Peanut Butter is ok.

the smoothie king Protein Shake has 45g of Protein in it for 2 scoops. that is 3/4 of our RDA. Peanut Butter will add extra fat and calories to it. I add a 1/2t of Decaf instant coffee crystals for a nice mocha flavor and I also use skim milk which adds more protein to it.

Check out a product called PB2. Ive never tried it but it's supposed to be a really good PB alternative.

PB2 is great! It's basically powdered defatted peanuts. Mixed with a bit of Water it tastes just like real peanut butter! It would probably be great to add to a shake. I had to order it online. They have a website that lists the stores where it's sold.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
