Has anybody heard from toyaboo?

Oh crud! You can't sleep on your side after surgery? I'm screwed! If I sleep flat on my back' date=' I wake up with severe back pain![/quote']

Same exact thing for me. I had complications and was on that surgery table for 5 hours. My back was killing me My mom finally had them get me I've packs and I used one the whole 4 days

I'm September 19th!! I'm nervous and excited at the same time. Really worried about the post op....when will I be able to move around :)

I walked the day of my surgery. Surgery was done about 8 and my 1st walk was about 4ish? I walked several times through the night. I even had them take my cath out since I was up and walking. I truly think this helped me as I was discharged a day early. Goodluck

Thanks, I can't sit still too long. I have a grand baby on the way and I want to be able to move around if needed

Hey guys! Surgery went well. Very groggy and have little to no pain just some discomfort. So far the only issue is that I can't pee. :(

Hello I'm on the 19th also. Not to many on the 19th. Just wanted to say good luck. Lloyd

try to walk and just seat on the toilet seat and just relax nothing else and you will be able to start. I had that problem after my c-section.

It took my bladder a day to wake up from anesthesia. They cathed me 2x but it wasn't too bad.

I slept on my side last night. But I had my small pillow to put over my stomach and another pillow behind me to kind of prop me up. I did fine. My left side is still a little sore where the drainage tube was at. It was the weirdest feeling when she pulled the drainage tube out.

I haven't been walking or sipping quite as much as I should be, but I'm working on it. I've had 2 bites of jello today. I still have a little gas, but not bad at all.

Hope everyone is doing well!

Jeepermom, I to slept on my side but had folded up a blanket to put against that side of my stomach... My left side to is still in a lot of pain, it was so bad Thursday that I stayed an extra night in the hosptial... Pain is a lil less but still very sore...
