Today is my 5 month anniversary. I've lost 43 lbs. These last 30 days weren't too good for me. I only lost 2 lbs. I've been more hungry and going back to some bad habits. I've got to get back on course.

Everyone is different. All of are different Begining weights and heights. Some of had fast recoveries and others not so fast. I'm sure age plays a factor also but the positive is that we are all smaller than when we started!

Preachers wife- that is true, thanks for the reminder that what is important is we are all losing. We will all get there :)

Don't be down on yourself Debi! I'm impressed with 15 pounds in 1 1/2 months. I can't do that on my own. Could you have done it on your own before your VSG? Everyone is different. Keep it up! You can do it!

No failure! We are all on the losers bench - some folks lose rapidly and others are moderate. We have to stay positive, it is okay if it takes some of us longer - I knew that it would most likely take 2 years to get to a healthy goal weight for me - in the great scheme of things, that is nothing really. We just have to stick with it and try our best to stay positive :)
