What Is Cottage Cheese Considered?

I am a week and a half out (surgery June 5) and I was in a bind tonight and didn't bring something to eat with me while visiting family. The only thing they had that was soft was cottage cheese, so I had about 3 or 4 tablespoons and now I am worried I messed up. I have felt ok, just a little bit of gas. I am on full liquids and will change to a soft diet next week so hoping it isn't a huge deal!

Don't stress about some cottage cheese - I had that a few days after my surgery and was fine. I'm in Australia and I know every surgeon has their different ideas about diets etc post surgery so I wouldn't be worried.
