I Discovered My Krytonite

We were invited to a friends house for dinner today, Spaghetti and Meatballs. I have had pasta since being sleeved and it wasn't an issue. I knew I wasn't going to have any issues. Well, I was wrong! The pasta at my friends house was not the whole wheat kind that I am accustomed to using at home. I usually order whole wheat pasta when I am at a restaurant. Anyway, I ate a little bit around 4:30 pm and I have felt uber-stuffed ever since. I hate this feeling! I had a very small portion size and I feel like I just had a pre-sleeve Thanksgiving meal. UGH!!!!! Well, at least now I know.

Ughh I hate that feeling

Darn... I think I'm gonna make spaghetti squash soon. Do u think it was noodles? Sauce? Combo of all the above?

It was prob the noodles. I usually eat only the meat and sauce.

You know- pasta always did that to me when I had a full-sized stomach! I always felt over full and just kinda bad. I haven't tried it and I'm 4 moths out almost, and... sounds like I might not. I've got some Quinoa pasta I might give a try one day.

I couldn't eat more than a couple of bites of Pasta, rice, or untoasted bread till I was nearly 8 months out. I still can't eat a lot of them, but I can eat enough to be a small serving now.
