Hi everyone; well I have been posting about how I feel sick when I try to eat just like a nauseous feeling and couldn't figure out what it was. I went to the dr on friday and he wanted to admit me but I didn't want to go so I asked him to call something in for me. Saturday morning it was worse so after 7days of only drinking water and taking in maybe 100calories per day I went to the ER and he admitted me for dehydration. I wasn't happy because I wanted to be home but they did the fluids and meds and im now back home. Im supposed to be on a stage 5 diet but after trying im going to do a 3 or 4 for this week my body simply isn't ready. all in all im in good spirits and glad to be home. Everyone keep up with your water intake its so important

So happy your feeling better. I got dehydrated and now I mix gatorade with water and drink it constantly. I keep a bottle with me at all times. So far, so good. When I notice my stomach is feeling dry, I get somewhat panicky. I don't want to ever experience dehydration again.

I was threatened with hospitalization Friday. I double my water and felt better almost instantly. I still haven't gotten to the Drs standard of liquid intake but I'm getting better. It is VERY important to get your liquids in!!!

I am so happy to hear that you are doing better. I don't know about you but I was having some trouble tolerating my supplements as well. Then I had a bad bout of constipation. It didn't happen until they told me to do the two Calcium and Multivitamins a day. I am also anemic so there is the Iron. All in all it all led to the dreaded constipation. I too am doing better because I went and bought me some Senokot and boy am I now relieved!!! LOL
