  1. Omg!! I started My Fitness Pal today and saw why I am not losing anymore. Carbs and fat made up my diet. I mean I could still eat 500 calories but I TEALLY need to change what I am eating!! Friend me on my fitness pal hhwhittington cuz I have no idea how to friend anyone. Thanks for the encouragement.
  2. I don't mean to sound disingenuous by any means. I'm ecstatic about my loss. I've just hit a wall and its been almost 2 months since I've lost more than a pound or two. I expected stalls but getting worried that my body is thru losing. Ps. I feel great, and NO I wouldn't dare have gotten on a treadmill before. I've kept my all time favorite winter shirt and took a pic, I had to toss the shirt but the pic I a good reminder.
  3. My sister and I had the sleeve the same day. It was great doing it together, however, she's at goal and I'm at a stall. I'm stuck at 75 pounds, we've lost the same amount, I had about 60 pounds more to lose than her. Now my friend is already at the 100 mark and she had hers a month after me. Ugh!! I'm busting my tail on the treadmill. I'm grateful for my loss but I have a long way to go and stalling is no fun.

  18. I has my sleeve May 18 and am -46 lbs. I'm doing great, now. I had a stay in the hospital a couple of weeks ago due to severe dehydration. Anyway, I don't know how much you can tell by my profile pic but, here's a new pic.
  19. It is very important to stay hydrated! I'm in the hospital right now!! I was so dehydrated my potassium level could have triggered a heart attack, luckily no liver/kidney damage. I have a central line in my neck because my veins are so bad. I came in Monday and won't get out til Thursday. Drink! Drink! Drink!
  20. Thank you all so much. Since posting I have downed another bottle of water. My urine is slightly yellow but I don't go often as I think I should. In total I've had 2 and a half 16oz bottles today. I have 3 kids and as you can guess am extremely busy, it's ball season!! I am having such a hard time with exhaustion that I get depressed. Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers, it means a LOT!!
  21. I am trying very hard to do my liquids but my mouth is sooo dry I can barely tolerate drinking anything. Everything turns my stomach. Yesterday was my first good day, I'm 3 weeks post. Today I'm exhausted. I wake up and my lips have to be peeled from my teeth. Because of this I am constantly drained of any energy. Any suggestions? All prayers welcomed.
  22. I'm do glad you posted this question!! I have the SAME problem--probably worse!! I burp, gag, and spit constantly. This surgery has turned me into the most repulsive person!!
  23. My sister and I were sleeved together on the 17th. She is hot on my heels at -30 and I'm -32. I've had some very hard days and still get down and out wondering if I made the right choice. I know it will pay off later, but dang it I'm hungry. I don't know of its mental or if I'm just sick of liquids!! We're on full liquids til June 24!
  24. I was threatened with hospitalization Friday. I double my water and felt better almost instantly. I still haven't gotten to the Drs standard of liquid intake but I'm getting better. It is VERY important to get your liquids in!!!
