Hang in there Lizzyshade. Everyone who has had the surgery says it gets better. You may want to call your Doctor later this morning and advise him of the Nausea, maybe he will prescribe you something. It's all going to be worth it!

I had diarrhea when I got home on Wednesday as well, alot of it was nerves about the change from being at hospital to transitioning back to being home. I still have loose BMs but its not as severe anymore. I would definitely call your surgeon about the nausea though, if you aren't drinking enough to replace what you are loosing with the diarrhea you are likely to become dehydrated very quickly. I apparently come out of surgery throwing up and had a few issues in the hospital as well so they sent me home with suppositories for nausea, just in case...knocking on wood...haven't needed to use one as of yet!

One day post up and feeling pretty much the same as you describe.

Back to the hospital, IV fluids, pain & anti-nausea meds. Home again soon, starting over.

So sorry you had to go back to the hospital. Let them get you feeling better and get some rest!

Oh no, sorry to hear! Sending some prayers for healing and comfort out for you.

Thinking about you and hope you feel better very soon = My first night home after 4 days and I am very much in that "wth have I done to myself

phase.

Just trying to get through the days until things start feeling better.
