Am I Eating Too Often?

Recommended Posts

This is my typical day.

10:30 about 5 oz of chobani yogurt (takes me an hour to eat)

12 or so I'll have a fruit cup about3 oz of peaches

Then around 1 pm I'll have like a cheese stick or maybe another piece of fruit

Then like 3 pm maybe another yogurt.

Then 6 pm I'll have a few ounces of chicken

Then 8 pm I'll have like five spoons of Soup

And I'll prob get hungry again at like 10 pm

I just feel like I am consuming too much....

I am trying to eat Protein for the most part although I am really enjoying fruit

I eat to the point where I get full and stop. Sometims though I'm really enjoying what I'm eating and take a few too many bites... And I pay the price with very tight feeling in my stomach.

I have still yet to throw up

How many ounces of food should we eat throughout a day and how often should we eat?

my NUT said to get 60-80 grams of Protein a day, it's hard, especially on this liquid diet. liquid Protein Drinks have saved me (boost glucose). You can also add a little non flavored protein to your yogurt and Soup. Protein keeps you from getting hungry so late at night.

I love the nectar brands of Protein! They mix so easily and no aftertaste or clumping - absolute best I've tried.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
