    pookey - it's Torani syrup. They come in sugar free versions and can flavor all kinds of things. I haven't tried them but I hear they are wonderful.

    I get mine from Netrition.com. SOOO many flavors. Their cost per bottle is a bit higher than other places, but their shipping more than makes up for it.

    We get ours from Cash-n-Carry..... :) Awesomely improves protein shakes, decaf coffee and when i had to "thin" my sf pudding, it worked wonders!
