The Truth About "starvation Mode"

Here is an article on weightwatchers.com that discusses "starvation mode." I think this is something all bariatric patients worry about at one point of time or another. I found this today and wanted to share. :)

glad to help out! not sure why the references are old. i did a search for the minimum calories need to avoid starvation, and this is what i found. i'm sure the science is still true :) thanks for reading!
