I read somewhere that the gherlin that makes us hungry also helps with our memory. So when we lose the gherlin, we might lose some of our memory. I'm not sure where I found the article. It might be worth googling gherlin and memory.

I read that it was because of Vitamin deficiency. As long as we take our vitamin meds regularly, I dont think it would be a problem. But I'm going to ask my doc about this during my next visit. I'm scared now! :(

I would really like to get more feedback on this topic.

The question was for preop people of three years or more and if they have noticed any memory changes...since grehlin is very linked to memory....the surgery gets rid of the biggest grehlin producer of the body so i imagine that would be tied to memory loss.

Read the research and statistics section on this site. There is a year and a half old link called gherlin and learning. It should answer all your questions.

Does this mean yes?? Lol

How did you get the weight ticker on the bottom? I have looked through my account settings & can't find it.

You go to tickerfactory.com and build a ticker. Then go to settings; signature and copy the line from tickerfactory.com that says bbcode into your signature. Good luck!
