Reet got a reaction from MJ's comingN2form in Surgery Was Yesterday Aug 6While sitting up, my husband would tap on my back, starting at the bottom & work his way up. I would burp alot, then would be good for about an hour or so. The only discomfort I had was from the gas & this really helped.

Reet got a reaction from mzcoug01 in Newbie Here - Surgery Date Is 5/22/2012The sleeve is a great thing! I'm so glad I did it. I just had to stop & count how many weeks post surgery I am, because time is flying. I'm 7 weeks post surgery & feeling great. I'm sure you will be fine. No worries!

Reet got a reaction from Lissa in Hi, Im New =)My doctor wants me to come back next week & I know he is going to order another sleep apnea test at the hospital. But, my mind is made up; I'm done. Not doing it. I stopped using the machine 2 weeks post op. I couldn't stand the feeling; it felt like it was blowing way to hard. Called the doc, they can only change the settings my the doctor's order & he wants to see me. So I stopped using it. My husband tells me I no longer snore & I feel good in the morning.

Reet got a reaction from nicmack31 in Hi, Im New =)I am SO glad I did this. There is one person in my support group meetings that had the band, the rest of us had the sleeve. He said that he is so sorry he chose the band; he should have gone with the sleeve. I'm only 4+ weeks post surgery & every day is better & better. My back doesn't hurt & my sleep apnea is gone!
