Easter Candy... mom gave me a Bordeaux egg and I've been snacking here and there on my son's candy since he has way more than he could ever eat.

Trail Mix... got a free bag at the grocery store and went through that at work this week on my monthly PMS eat-all-day syndrome!

I had a huge salted caramel chocolate cupcake from crumbs bakery and earlier this week I had two mini cream eggs and a regular size cream egg. I have such guilt :(

I ate half a piece of pizza instead of my yogurt' date=' bad choice. Sad about it.[/quote']

You ladies are way to hard on yourselves!! I myself think That's called living not cheating. Now if you ate 3 pizzas of pizza, chips and washed it down with mt dew, feel bad. But I'm 99.7% sure a half piece of pizza won't make or break you. Just have the yogurt for Breakfast tomorrow :-D

Im glad.

This isn't like a diet we can quit. We have to figure out what works for each of us and learn how to live with it. As long as we are eating clean the majority of the time we can have a half slice of pizza on occasion.

I eat low carb 6 days a week (50-60) then on Sunday I don't calculate, count anything and just eat what I like as long as I still get Protein. Think that has helped me not stall and besides last week when I upped my strength training I have lost atleast 5 pounds a week for 3 months.

Listen to your body, and do what's right for you :-)

I started weight training and gained 2 pounds in a week and a half. Now mentally I know muscle is denser than fat and I never eat over 1000 calories EVER. I usually stay at 600- 800 but on Sundays I don't count and it could possibly go that high. Anyway. I have upped my Water obsessively to 120 oz counted my carbs religiously and upped my workouts to 2 hours a day. I can't stop thinking about those damn 2 pounds and I haven't been entering all my workouts on Myfitness Pal cause I know my friends will ask me whts going on. Those 2 pounds are haunting me at night. I had a dream I was in the hospital and my NUT kept force feeding me butter. I get it, gaining weight for over eating but gaining for working out?!?! Ahhhh too much.

Don't stress about it. While there's no way you'll gain 2 lbs of muscle in 2 weeks, I do find that heavy weights seem to bump up my weight by a pound or two, whereas, say, running makes me drop the same amount overnight. It must be water weight and I guess weightlifting does something to make your muscles retain more water - maybe to help them heal after injury or something. It's just a pattern I've become quite aware of recently as I added running to my regimen. On days I skip Crossfit and run instead, I'm always 1-2 lbs lighter the next day, and once I do Crossfit that same day, the morning after the 1-2 lbs are back.

I have been really bad with eating candy for the past week. I had blood work and my A1C went from 6.0 to 6.3. I am so mad at my self. No more candy. My son's girl friend gave me some of my favorite mini cadbury eggs. Now I am going to have to get rid of them. :(

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
