How much did you lose?

How much did you lose specifically within the three months after surgery? Including preop 2 wk diet.

Thank you.

50 pounds

I am only 8 weeks out, and no pre-op diet - and I've lost 35 lbs.

Thank you all. So awesome.

I am 25 days post op. I lost 18lbs preop, 11lbs by 11 days postop and then bam... Stalled. I've lost 1.5lbs in 2 weeks. Totally disappointed.

I'm 10 weeks out (2.5 months) and am down 45.8 pounds as of today

2 week pre op lost 13 lbs

9 weeks post op lost 31 lbs

Total weight gone = 44 lbs and counting

From the start of my Pre-Op diet up to the end of Month three I was down 45 Lbs. That's about less than 50% of my excess goal weight. You lose the most in the first three months... make the most of it! :)
