    I exercise about 4-5 times a week (it's about 6 hours a week). I walk about 8-10 miles, Zumba, and do Water aerobics. I decided to quit all the other exercises that I don't enjoy and do what I like and what is fun, so it doesn't feel like a choir.

    Thats AWESOME!!! Im hoping I can get your results. Im 2 1/2 post op. R U exercising? If so how much?
