Just a reminder: Those ups and downs on the scale are often just normal body behavior. Don't let it get you down people!

Here is my daily weigh in for the last 6 weeks....As I sometimes have to remind myself daily, the scale is going down monthly!

HI Coops! I use Fitday.com, and they let you view your progress on a graph in about 8 time frames. If you input your weight daily, you get something like my graph. It helps me see the overview, and not freak out so much on the daily ups and downs. You go to Weight, then My weigh reports then choose a time frame from one week to 12 months. The view I used for that graph was 8 weeks.

Here is the 12 month one which shows months before I got the surgery... you can tell when that happened!

Wow, that is cool! I log on caloriecount.about.com but I don't see how I can copy and paste my graph in here. I don't put my weight down in there everyday though...that would have been cool to see.

I take a screen shot of it to my desktop, then upload as an image to the post.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
