I am so thrilled to be getting healthier and looking better. I just can't get over how different I feel with only losing 40 lbs!

My Aunt has to remind that 40 lbs is a lot of weight. She told me to just pick up 4 - 10 lb bags of potatoes to put it in prospective! Wow! That is a lot of weight!!

It *is* a lot of weight and I'm not surprised you feel better already. I can't wait to be where you are!
