Hair Loss - Hair Color!

Need your opinion!!!!

I'm now 4 months out and starting to have hair loss!!!! I will say shedding sucks, but I've lost a total of 82 lbs and have absolutely no regrets!!

So for those of you who have experienced some Hair loss, have you colored your hair??? And if so, did you find yourself losing more hair afterwards?? Also, how long did you have hair loss?

I have a hair appointment on Wednesday morning and I am debating on having my hair colored too.

I avoided it because during my Hair loss stage, my hair was super fragile. I had lots of breakage as well, not just the typically falling out, and even though my hair was gorgeous pre-op, it looked, felt pretty horrible through the shedding period, and took a couple of months to recuperate. I did chop off, and heavy highlight it right when the shedding started, and then didn't touch for 4 months until I had decent regrowth coming in. That was just my experience.
