Sleeved today

Surgery this afternoon. Nausea subsiding. No drain! Pain is manageable. Mouth is really, really dry. No sips of water or ice chips until tomorrow :(. Hope I can sleep the night away until my husband comes back in the morning but I doubt it. Glad I have my phone for entertainment.

Remember..;.Walk and then walk some more. That seems to be the only way to get the excess pressure to subside. In these first few days, concentrate on getting your Fluid in. It's going to be harder than you think, but soon you feel start to feel better and better.

Enjoy this new journey!rolleyes.gif

Glad to hear you are doing well. I couldn't eat ice ships or drink water the first day it made me nauseous. I hope you have a speedy recovery :)
