Congrats to you! I'm only 3 weeks out but found that every couple days it gets easier and easier. My routine when I was first out was sip, walk, nap. Seems pretty easy but I had to really focus on getting everything in. Good luck to you as you continue this journey!

Welcome back:)) and CONGRATS:) hope the gas pain fades away soon:)

Congrats...hope you feel great soon!!

Congrats, welcome to the journey

Congrats. I had mine on March 7th and have been happy with the outcome. Don't do anything too fast, just stick with what the doctors tell you and you'll be well on your way! :)

Congrats! I got my sleeve on the 4th. I've been dealing with the gas pains too and also swelling from all the fluids they gave me through the IV. The doc gave me a med to help with it and also walking helps a lot. I'm still sore but was happy I could start eating jello and yogurt today, lol. I wish you the best!

Congrats! I can't wait to follow you May 12th. Keep all posted on your progress. I like to get a feel for what's in store when its my turn :)

Welcome back! Yayyyyy! You sound good! Congrats!

Good for you!! The first weeks are difficult while you fine tune your new tool. But just remember that it gets so much better!!!

Congratulations! Glad you are doing well. Mine will come soon too, can;t wait to join you!
