Who else is doing Sleeve's using the "Spider" in the LA area?

Recommended Posts

NEW Program quoted me $18K for the Sleeve using the Spider method. I am shopping around to see who else offers it in the LA area and for what price.

I know the NEW Program used to do it for $14,875 so I'm looking for a price like that, why not save $3100...

Dear GDC - my future fellow sleever;

Now is not the time for coupons. So, for $3100 savings you want a less experienced surgeon on a new tool?

Go to the spiders manufacturers web site and they talk about Dr. Quebbemann being the FIRST (therefore more experienced) surgeon in US to use the spider. http://news.spidersu...urgical-system/ SPIDER method is just about a year old now, so not many even know about what a SPIDER VSG surgery. For those of you reading, it is the scarless VSG surgery where one small opening is made in your belly button. Watch the Dr's TV show to see instrument...type in SPIDER, show was in November 2010.

I paid the money, met my personal weight loss goal in less than 6 months (10 lbs less than sugeons) because I followed their proven methods which differ from others surgeons in the area. You will get your moneys worth and more! If you want to pay less, I can name a few other surgeons but not any doing spider, as I researched a long time before my choice. Note: Most sugeons have a higher complication rate, lower success rate and offer less or no support which was a big consideration for me. Dr. Q is worth the dollars in my opinion.

You are more than welcome to send me a private message. Good luck on whomever your choose! No regrets, I love my sleeve.

      I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
