Thank you Jono.. I'm sorry, I can be a little flighty sometime.. I thought it had to do with being banded two years ago (Or more)... I thought the weights were just a coincindence.

You seem a little cranky tonight.. :0) Maybe it's just the way I'm interpretting things though. My bad.

Mya-out

Hi everyone :( I hope everyone's weekend is going well! Due to some pretty terrible abdominal pain, I am trying a cleansing fast for my digestive system, it is gonna be pretty involved but right now I am willing to try anything. My fill nurse said it might very well be gallstones and my DH thinks so as well. DH saw his first wife go through this and the home rememdy cleansing fast took care of hers for 3 yrs, then it flared up again and she had to have it removed. Here's hoping I can buy some time and comfort.

Losingjusme, I LOVE your weight: 310.625

I thought I was the only one who did that. Heck, if the scale says .475, that's what I'm putting down! :):(

So how was everyones weekend? I'm sorry you're in pain Molly! Sending a big *hug* your way!

Mine was ok. Went to a premier jewelry party at my sis in laws. Had to deal with my mother in law. I can't stand that woman! Came home depressed and ready to eat anything that didn't move. I did ok though. I'm losing pretty slow since my last doc appt. I've ony lost 6 pounds in 4 weeks. I suck! I need to stop eating all the sweets. I have been working out more though. Which is good.

I'm having a tough time with food this morning. I was getting yogurt stuck so I managed to get down half a yogurt in two hours. Blah!

THanks Libra and Josette :) The pain is better for now and I hope it stays that way! 1 day of apple cider down 2 to go then this flushing thing of olive oil and fresh lemon juice and probably a few more ingredients, didn't actually see the recipie myself, my DH has it and I will get it tomorrow so I can buy any ingredients.

Libra, I round the number too. It is just easier for me to remmeber what I way, lol.

Josette, I'm sorry the party wasn't more fun, but I love their jewelry! I hope you bought something wonderful! As for your mil just try forget about her. I know it's not easy, I have my dh's ex to deal with and she can be a real nightmare at times but when she gets to you pour salt on the ice cream and come here and vent. (got the salt idea from julienyc)

Hope everyone's weekend went wonderful :waytogo:

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
