Asthma Post-op

Hello everyone, my question is for those who have or had asthma pre-op, have you seen any changes in your asthma since you have been sleeved? I have recently been "officially" diagnosed with asthma even though I've had it for a few years now. It seems that lately in the last few months, it has been flaring up more than normal. So just wondering if anyone has seen a significant change in theirs.

Thanks!

Hello ! I wa sleeved sept.17 2011 and my asthma seems to better. I went off my asthma medicine about two months after surgery. I had the flu in January and my asthma did not flare up . Usually it would have been flared up for weeks until I would take steroid dose pack! Hope this helps a little !
